Good fit work
- Field checks and site reports
- Small punch list visits
- Backlog blocks for small work orders
- Light vacant unit turn support
- Monthly property checks
Excluded or referred work
- Licensed electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas, structural, roofing, or permitted work
- Mold, asbestos, lead paint, fire systems, life safety systems, or remediation
- Heavy trash outs, full paint, flooring, or major turns unless separately scoped
- Emergency response
- Occupied unit work without written access and tenant or pet notes
Trade flags
When ReadyOps notices an issue that appears to require a licensed trade or specialist, the item is flagged or referred rather than performed.
