Terms of Service
Overview
ReadyOps Property Services provides rental property field support services in selected northwest Denver metro service areas. All requests are subject to review, scheduling availability, service-area fit, access, safety, and scope.
Services subject to review
Submitting a work request does not guarantee acceptance, scheduling, or completion. ReadyOps may decline or refer work that is unsafe, outside service area, outside scope, or requires a licensed trade or permit.
Pricing
Published prices are starting prices for simple, well-scoped requests. If the request changes, ReadyOps will follow the customer’s selected preference before moving ahead.
Access and authorization
The customer represents that they are authorized to request access and work at the property. Occupied unit work requires written access details and tenant or pet notes when applicable.
No emergency guarantee
ReadyOps does not guarantee emergency response unless separately agreed in writing.
Limitation
ReadyOps site reports are practical field notes and documentation. They are not formal code inspections, engineering reports, environmental assessments, or licensed trade diagnostics.
